Delete your Hemkar account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Hemkar app (developer: Nihad Abdullayev) and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open Hemkar and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account (also under More → Account).
- Read what will happen and tap Continue.
- Confirm with your password.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address of your Hemkar account with the subject “Delete my account” and your company name. We confirm the request and process it in the same way.
What happens right away
- You are signed out on all devices and can no longer sign in.
- You are removed from colleague lists and live leaderboards.
- Your company’s admins are notified.
After 30 days
Your name, email, phone number, date of birth, photo, step history and notification settings are permanently anonymized or deleted.
What is kept
- Company records you were part of (announcements, events, thanks, challenge results and prizes, and the security log) remain, showing “Former employee” instead of your name.
- Anonymous survey and check-in answers remain only in totals and cannot be linked to you.
- Feedback you sent stays with the company without your name.
Changed your mind?
Within the 30 days, ask your company’s HR team to cancel the request. After that the anonymization cannot be undone.
Company admin accounts
Admin accounts can’t be deleted in the app. Write to [email protected].
